Ben Turner
Ben Turner is a dedicated family man, accomplished entrepreneur, and passionate aviator based in Tallahassee, Florida. A proud U.S. Army veteran, he served seven years as a Military Police officer, gaining discipline, leadership skills, and a strong sense of service that continue to shape his personal and professional life.
After his military career, Ben channeled his drive into the electrical industry, earning his license as a state-certified electrical contractor in Florida. He is the owner and president of GT Electric of Florida, Inc., where he brings over 30 years of hands-on experience to deliver high-quality electrical and generator services.
A lifelong aviation enthusiast, Ben owns multiple aircraft and operates Fly Quincy, LLC a successful flight school at Quincy Municipal Airport in Quincy, Florida. Through Fly Quincy, he provides professional flight instruction, aircraft rentals, and training programs, helping aspiring pilots achieve their goals in a welcoming and affordable environment near the greater Tallahassee area.
In addition to his electrical and aviation businesses, Ben is the owner of multiple other ventures, reflecting his entrepreneurial spirit and diverse interests.
Above all, Ben cherishes time with his wife and their two adorable children. He finds joy in creating new travel experiences with family and friends, always seeking adventure—whether on the ground or in the skies. His life embodies a perfect balance of service, family, business success, and a lifelong love of aviation and exploration.
Meet our Instructors
As a fourth generation pilot, flying isn’t just a career for Cliff, it’s a family tradition. Cliff earned his pilot certificate in 1997 and has since built a broad range of experience, holding CFI, Instrument, Commercial, and Multi-Engine ratings. In addition to flight instruction, Cliff has flown professionally as a skydive pilot which shaped his teaching philosophy today: fly with a purpose and make smart decisions. His goal is to train safe, skilled pilots who are confident in real-world flying situations. Cliff sports a fun, but safety-focused teaching style, ensuring that everyone has a complete understanding of aviation safety and is confident in the air.
Clifton Coleman - CFI
A long time aviator and aeronautical enthusiast, Steve is dedicated to furthering the future of aviation. After working as an Air Traffic Controller for 27 years with the US Air Force, the DoD, and the FAA, Steve later began his fly career by teaching and flying general aviation aircraft. He has since gained over 25 years of experience flying skydivers, and has over 5 years of experience teaching glider flying and towing. Steve has also worked with aerial photographers and on multiple movie sets, and has received the Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award for over 50 years of dedicated service to aviation safety. Steve holds a CFII, Instrument, Commercial, and Multi-Engine ratings.
Steve Rogers - CFII
Israel Soto is a law enforcement pilot with experience flying high performance and complex aircraft. Israel initially worked in biomedical research and forensics before starting flying lessons and transitioning to flying full time. His instructing style reflects his time flying intricate law enforcement flights in complicated and congested airspace while adhering to the highest levels of safety. His goal when teaching students is to impart strong stick and rudder skills, professional aeronautical decision making, and the confidence to explore the many adventures aviation has to offer.
Israel Soto - CFII
Sean Rady is a commercial pilot and chief flight instructor with over 1,250 hours of flight time, including extensive instructional and turbine experience. Sean is known for a calm, safety-first teaching style that emphasizes strong fundamentals, standard operating procedures, and sound aeronautical decision-making. His background includes Part 61 flight training, Part 91 turbine operations in the Pilatus PC-12, and leadership in mentoring instructors and students alike. Sean is committed to developing professional, disciplined pilots who are well prepared for real-world flying and advanced aviation careers
Sean Rady - CFI
Nicole Sabol is a Certified Flight Instructor and second-generation aviator with over 1,200 hours of flight experience. She has extensive time teaching in both Piper and Cessna aircraft, helping students build strong, confident foundations while enjoying the process of learning to fly. She instructs in both VFR and IFR environments and especially enjoys instrument training. In those lessons, she emphasizes sound decision-making and strong fundamentals, ensuring students understand not just what the airplane is doing, but why. Her goal is for each lesson to be productive, rewarding, and something students look forward to.
Nicole also has experience flying multi-engine and turbine aircraft, including the Piper Seneca and TBM. Whether a student is flying for recreation or pursuing a professional path, she is committed to making training safe, structured, and enjoyable every step of the way.
Nicole Sabol - CFII
