Becoming a CFI is an amazing opportunity, both to teach future generations of aviators, as well as to continue to learn more about the world of flying. There is no better way to perfect your craft than to teach it. Becoming a CFI is also an amazing way to time build in your journey towards becoming an ATP, while getting paid!

Requirements:

• 18 years old

• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English

• Hold either a commercial pilot certificate or an airline transport pilot certificate with an instrument rating

• Hold a valid Class 3 medical

• Have a logbook endorsement from an authorized instructor

• 250 flight hours logged

• Passed a written knowledge test
